Make a reservation I had previously tried walking into the store and was overwhelmed by the number of people so did not stay to browse. However, I just bought an iPhone4 and needed some technical help. I went on line and made a reservation. I arrived 30 min early thinking I might be seen sooner. I signed in as soon as I arrived and asked for the best place to wait and stayed in that location. Although they didn't take me early, they did take me within 5 minutes of my appointment time and also fixed my problem within 10 minutes. Was impressed but unless you follow their process, it can be very confusing and frustrating.Was this review helpful?

Beware of Sam I walk into the store today with a lady friend from S. Africa who was in a hurry to buy an IPAD and to catch a plane back to S.Africa. I touch a sale rep to get his attention and he entertained my lady friend. Then this associated manager Sam told me not to ripped the sale rep. I told him I did not ripped the sale rep ( I am 5 ft 7 in , 150 lbs and not a 6ft 6in, 300lbs) but touched him on the shoulders to get him attention and he did not complain about it. Sam insisted on that I ripped him! and he can review the video. I challenged him to do that and he said I cannot touch any sale rep too. I said if that is the case he should put a notice in the store that customer are not allow to touch sale rep but he told me to get out the store or else he call the security. I asked him to call security and together we could review the video. ( 2.35-2.50 pm august 2010). He call the security but we did not review the tape as my lady friend wanted to catch the plane and I do not want to delay any more. He went inside the store I said he is a racist since I am an Asian and I ask him whether he is a racist. I left after that cos the security ask me to do so from the store. I have filed a complaint with HQ and left a message for the lady in Apple PR Dallas, Candy Kolman?? Will update the result as it is impossible to get to the manager of the store. We own 2 iphones and an ibook bought from another store in Willow Bend, Dallas. Will never go back to this racist store agian.Was this review helpful?

Keith They were very busy and on a Saturday morning at that, but after following their proceedures to get in line things went very well. We had to buy 2 iPhone 4's so I was paying with a company check: you can't use a check to pay for the iPhones, so instead of sending us to an ATM the clerk sold us 2 gift cards for the exact amount of each phone - above the call of duty. They were very helpful as long as we were patient; you can't ask for more than that.Was this review helpful?

Outstanding Sales Person - James Janda Very busy Saturday. Store was packed. James asked if he could assist me and within 10 minutes I was out of the store with my new IPad + accessories. James is one of the absolutely best sales people I have ever dealt with!!! Great Customer Service!!!Was this review helpful?

Best apple store in dfw None of the other apple stores around dallas compare to Northpark. they have the most knowledgeable specialists there which lacks in other store (willowbend) Hands down a great store. Thousands of people go to the apple store from open to close, so quit complaining that you dont get helped immediately. Its not the drive thru window.Was this review helpful?
