The Genius Bar saved the rating. The concierge was extremely rude to us, as well as the lady that answered the phone (might have been one and the same). We called them to politely tell them we would be a couple minutes late to our Genius bar appointment (we drove 4 hours for this appointment). The lady promptly cancelled our appointment without telling us. We had to walk the mall for two hours for the next available spot. However, once we were seated at the Genius Bar, we had exceptionally great service. They walked us through what the likely issue was with our old laptop and we left. We came back the next weekend for a wedding and called to find out if it was done. Whoever was on the phone was extremely rude again, but once we got the Genius Bar employees, the service was great and rushed to get our laptop done for us.Was this review helpful?

Best Apple experience ever! I made an appointment to meet with a genius, about a problem I was having with my iPod. Everyone at this store was very nice and attentive. I met with Mike, the genius, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did he help me with my problem, he made many helpful suggestions and made the whole experience fun and simple! I just had to post this review (even though I have never posted an actual written review before) because I can't tell you how nice it was to be treated like a valued customer by someone who acted like they love their job! (Very hard to come by these days!) MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!Was this review helpful?

Unbelievable customer service! My macbook's hard drive died on a Sunday evening so I made an appointment Monday morning. I flew to Europe the next morning so I needs it fixed asap. Kyle helped at the genius bar and I had a new hard drive an hour later. Five stars hands down!Was this review helpful?

Their new phone system is not well tuned, a huge pain. In store service is usually pretty good as long as you've made an appointment.Was this review helpful?

Recently my MacBook Pro started having graphics/display hardware issues, I made a reservation at the genius bar, went in, talked to one of their support people on Friday. They took it in, had it fixed, and got it back to me by Monday afternoon! This means a lot to me as I am coming up on finals week in school and use my laptop for all kinds of programming and other homework, and I am very happy with the customer service and turn-around time.Was this review helpful?
