Fantastic We live in the phoenix area and have kids. Staying here is break from the kids and a chance to focus on each other. We stay about three times a year - each time a single night - and every visit is really excellent. I think it's key to point out that we really don't spend any time there in the day - there's lots of people in the day time and we prefer things a bit more mellow. Rather than just say it was great, I took a bit of time to talk about what we do while staying at the Biltmore so you have a better idea of what our experience is like: - Pull up, valet vehicle and get bags delivered to the room - Go straight to Wright's for dinner - definitely one of the best places in town and a superb wine selection. We usually order several split plate appetizers so we get a chance to try a few things, then a main course. I have desert, my wife sneaks a few bites. - Go to our room. Bags are already there and waiting, which is really nice. We fill out the breakfast tag on a full stomach - there's a lot to choose from and in the past we've way over-ordered. There's nothing better than having breakfast just show up the next day. The breakfasts are beautiful and they offer a wide selection of food - including tasty, but diet conscious choices. - Back to the room for a 1hr nap. (we set the alarm) - Wake up and go for a very long walk around the grounds for a few hours talking. At night the grounds are beautiful and if you ask me, a lot nicer than in the day time. There's not too many people around and you have the run of the place. The lounge is also great and we usually drop by for a few drinks while walking around. - Back to our room. We stay in a Resort King room. Very spacious and relaxing. Luxurious bedding, elegant furnishings and very comfortable. - Order room service at around 3am for a snack. Even at 3am, the food is excellent and service quick. - We call down for a late check out and go to sleep. The staff are always very helpful and I never get the feeling that they're looking for a tip. I'd also point out that a lot of the staff are not in their late teens / twenties. Everyone is more towards their 30s and up, and as such conduct themselves professionally and consider themselves in an occupation - rather than a way to make a quick buck. It shows greatly in the quality of service and we will definitely be back again. Was this review helpful?

It's exciting for us at Legacy Videography to have the opportunity to film at The Arizona Biltmore, and we highly recommend hosting your wedding at their beautiful facility. Their staff are friendly, helpful and attentive to make sure that everything is running smoothly. We have filmed at over 100 facilities, and appreciate a well-run organization. Was this review helpful?
