Great! However get your self reservations at Ebulli in Spain. This is where Jose got his training, so if you want to experience a the true masters go to Spain...

Oh this wonderful place has all the delicious concoctions of spanish cuisine. So many options and it is hard to choose. The cheeses and wines were paired well together! A little pricey, but it is an experience that cannot be duplicated elsewhere.

The food was delicious but please don't go on an empty stomach. The portions are not large but delicious. I would return to Bazaar.

Totally Amazing, Funky, Food, Setting and Cocktails. WOW One of the best and most unique restaurants anywhere. Funky design and a classic mixologist bar make this place a gem. Food was always a surreal presentation filled with excellent flavors. Get a cocktail not a beer or wine here... beware of Friday and Saturday night, huge crowds might hinder your experience at the bar or restaurant. I cannot say enough about how much my entire group loved the hip, funky, modern, bizarre vibe here. Might NOT be for everyone's taste or price-range. It's zany, funky, expensive LA, but a totally surreal experience if you can do it. The design is a mirror-filled Alice in Wonderland vibe and the food is never what you expect. Service was sometimes a bit scattered, but still good. Bartenders are classic. Numerous areas and rooms give you a different feel. Check this place out. As I said, this place is not for everyone... if you prefer straightforward burgers and chicken, you may hate Bazaar, but if you like variety and a lively atmosphere--this place will hit the spot. Bring your Platinum card!

Slightly inconsistent, but capable of real genius. The nitro drinks and the classic spanish dishes like the jamon sampler are superb
