Most people talk badly about the food at Casa Bonita, but I don't think it's really that bad. I wouldn't say it's high-quality, but it's definitely not Taco Bell either. I've been coming to Casa Bonita at least once a year ever since I was a child, and I love the atmosphere. The servers are nice and the shows are fun and I'm always excited when the family plans a get-together here. Two other things I dislike is that they don't really offer vegan options. Vegetarians might have a few more options, but if you're a vegan, your only choice is a taco salad bowl with only lettuce, tomato and beans. No dressing. My girlfriend said it was dry and tasteless. I also hate that Casa Bonita requires a meal purchase to get in. If the food were just a little better and they offered at least one tasty vegan option, I'd consider giving them 5 stars. Was this review helpful?

Think of the food as admission. I go here once a year, it's my girlfriend's birthday tradition and mine is to get an old-time western photograph taken. I'm always finding new areas or rooms to explore every time I visit. My friends and I are in our mid twenties to mid-thirties and we still enjoy this event. Admittedly many of the attractions are aimed at kids and budget cuts are apparent, but there is that sense of magic nostalgia for what it was in it's prime. If they had to chose one thing to improve, other then the food, it should be the PA system for the cliff diving shows, I can't understand what they are saying. Was this review helpful?

This is a place you MUST visit every once in awhile! or how about every weekend! My friends from Denver recommended this place to me, all I can say is that. A. the food is great here, Don't be picky! the entertainment they provide here is awesome! Cliff divers, everything. Entertainment is key here. Service is pretty good here too. You got to try it!Was this review helpful?

The weirdest place I've ever been to in my life said my mom after our adventure here. I was completely aware of what I would be getting into and took almost a Cartman-like rampage to experience as much of this place as I could all at once. This place should be called Casa de Kitch, everything is so oddball and in your face, its great! The people here are all shifty too like drop out teens, huge families of kids, frat boys, and other sketchballs. You're required to order something as price of admission to this place even though we knew the food would be horrible. They managed to let us slide and just get soda and tortillas which even that tasted like it was two weeks old! If you're expecting South Park level excitement, you'll be surprised that this place also has flame jugglers, gorillas, an arcade, and a few other things not covered in the episode. I'm sure natives in Denver really don't think much of it, but for a tourist, I had a total blast here! Was it worth it? Totally! Was this review helpful?
