Fantastic! I've stayed here on many occasions, and never had a bad experience. The staff is wonderful. Very knowledgable, and friendly. Je'na and Brandon at the front desk are wonderful. I called ahead to let them know that I was going to be a little bit late checking in, and Brandon went above and beyond. He pre-checked me in, and ordered my dinner from Room Service since I was going to be arriving after they closed. I got to the hotel about 2330, or 1130 pm, and Brandon and Je'na were so polite and helpful I almost fell over. Rooms are nice and quiet, unless you get one on the second or third floor between 11 and 16. The pipes, early in the morning (about 0400), rattle and groan something fierce, but only for a few minutes. The Hotel is a remodled office building, so a lot of renovation had to be done, and not everything is engineered the way it should be. Other than the noisy pipes, and the homeless people always trying to dig through the trash (Security does a fine job of keeping them off of the property), the place was fantastic.Was this review helpful?

“Decent place to stay” Price was good, service was excellent. It was conveniently located only a few blocks walk from the convention center. It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at SweetHotelDeals.Info They usually have some pretty good deals on there!Was this review helpful?

You can do better Wasn't the nicest Marriott I've stayed in especially for the price. The rooms weren't that nice and it wasn't close to anything. Not in the cleanest part of town. Also no continental breakfast and for the price we paid I expected one. Breakfast was 13.00 a person and it was buffet style. Wont stay here again.Was this review helpful?

Valet parking I stayed there this weekend. There were two car loads of us and we discovered when we got there that there was no self-parking. They charge you $17.00 per vehicle for parking, which seemed excessive for most downtown parking I have paid at hotels in the past. You would think that they would allow their guests to park for free, but they said that all parking had to valet and it was not free for guests. I also discovered when I checked my Mastercard bill, that they had billed me for a room when I had already paid for it through Priceline. The girl who helped me (Naomi) was very polite and took care of removing it as soon as I told her, but there was no reason it should have been charged. The pool was also not heated and there were complaints from other guests about it. The building itself was beautiful and the staff was very helpful.Was this review helpful?
