quality and level of service you've come to expect with this Luxury Canadien Hotel leader. From the first drive up to valet, the doormen and bellmen, to the Check-in and Concierge, I've never been forgotten, overlooked, disappointed or the like. The Lobby Bar has some of the citi's most amazing and unique Martini's - my personal favorite being Absoluly NAmed after the deisigner Luly who's boutique is house in said hotel. The rooms are in need of a remodel, facelift... but that doesn't mean the cleanliness and attention are compromised at all. Cararra Marble baths, Italian bed linens, lovely toilettries and, for Dog lovers/4-legged guests the Silver water bowls, Fuji Water (free) and house made dog biscuits!!

Our room was fantastic - top of the line and a GREAT restaurant downstairs. They take fine dining to the next level. The concierge and front desk staff here are always helpful and friendly. Such a convenient location as well

I was impressed with the service and the room during our stay. The staff was very helpful, in offering restaurant recommendations and driving suggestions. The room was nicely decorated....a little too old for my tastes, but very nice, nonetheless. The hotel is ideally located - easy walks to Pike Place, great restaurants and museums. I would visit again.

baggage they lost our bags...yes within the hotel, for 5 hours. all in all they were nice, but slightly clueless...so i never felt completely comfortable at our short stay in seattle with the tight itinerary we were keeping. The training is not ritz carlton, let's say. They point you where to go instead of walk you. Beautiful property though. nicely located for sights too. next time I will try the W across the street.
