The hotel is a little peace of heaven. A getaway from the Vegas craziness. Me and the mrs are here for our honeymoon great customer service! Nice friendly staff. Great value.

If there were ten stars I'd highlight them all Wow... I've never left a hotel feeling more incredible than I did this past Sunday. We started our birthday weekend with two nights at the Mandalay bay...I'm a pool fanatic and came to vegas purely for that purpose. We switched to the four seasons for the last two nights and it was the best move I've ever made. The moment I walked into their private pool I felt like a princess. Lush terry chair covers, that are changed at throughout the day, smoothie samples of the day, frozen melon balls, frequent evian spritz's the misters spraying throughout, sunglass cleaning, Zlata the best pool girl in vegas...oh and our bottle of kettle was 190...not bad for four people...they charge 275 at the moorea beach club. The chef also sent up two chocolate mousse cakes for my best friends' birthday and for mine : ) everything was perfect there. I could not have asked for a more incredible stay Another perk of staying at the four seasons are the elevators...odd as that sounds. We waited over 15 minutes at times to get to our room at the Mandalay...at the four seasons you have easy access to all of Mandalay's amenities without all of the hassle. I would recommend renting a pavilion at moorea beach club if you're into the party scene. We had one for our first two days of our trip and really enjoyed the private pool. I don't recommend spending much time in the common pool at the moorea once there's a ton of people there...the water looks creamy and sick...somehow it took on the nickname of skin soup I wish I was still there now...

One thing you that's hard to get in Vegas is a quiet hotel. This place will blow you away when you walk through the door. It's so peaceful and surreal that you'll never want to return to your life again. It has it's own entrance on the Mandalay Bay property and occupies a few floors in the Mandalay tower. The rooms are very nice but a bit dated. I'm sure they are going to blow everything out soon for a total makeover. You're paying for privacy and service. The rooms at the Palazzo or even the new Hard Rock tower are nicer but won't have the service or peaceful environment. Book a room and non-reality awaits you.

Excellent hotel staff, AVOID the Day Spa.. I am giving an average rating not for the Hotel itself, but for the experience I endured at the Spa. The Hotel is wonderful as is the staff of the Hotel. After several days' stay I decided to visit the Spa. Horrible experience! On top of that, I was totally humiliated! I mentioned that I had taken care of a relative who had shingles and they treated me like a leper! And just pouring salt on the wound, they refused to service the other people in my party. I wasn't given a chance to explain the situation, and was promptly asked to leave. I felt ashamed and hurt, for no reason other than making small talk and being friendly. I'm an RN by profession, I know how to handle people. This didn't matter to them. A word of advice: be careful what you say AND who you say it to. Ignorance knows no bounds, which I found out that afternoon.
