They took care of me and helped me get exactly what i needed. I am impressed at the level of courtesy throughout my experience. CHRIS saw my order through and even helped me change it at the last minute. I will shop there again. Brian took good care of me. Even after I wanted to buy, he took the time to demo my choice to ensure that it was really what I wanted/needed. This is a great secret. If they had someone email marketing I think that everyone one would know what I know. They have the gear, they know it, and they sell competitively. What a refreshing change from the big boxes. Great service from Chris and the entire staff . Some serious armature radio geeks turned me on to GigaParts about 7 years ago, for my computer build needs. Once I realized the convenience of GREAT customer support, newegg lost a customer.Was this review helpful?

I am an IT Professional. I frequently make purchases from GigaParts. Chris is the best I have dealt with in any sort of retail or customer service position. Since the first time I met him he has remembered me and gone above and beyond to accomodate my needs. As far as the store itself, it has good selection and decent prices.Was this review helpful?
