This Dealership has improved. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Harold Ziegler but my 1st ever used car purchase, and there is a new Finance Manager, Daina, and a New Service Manager, Troy - I believe. My used care was detailed perfectly, and I was given all new brakes and new fluids. The salesman forgot about his agreement to repair the scratched paint however, but he has promised to still have this repaired as soon as possible.Was this review helpful?

I always have my F-150 serviced at Harold Zeigler. My wife has a Nisson and was not pleased with Nisson service so I told her to take it to Harold Zeigler. She was very impressed that they treated her just as they would have if she had a Ford. I am sure her next vehicle will definately be a Ford from Harold Zeigler. I was quite impressed with the service I received from the used car team at Harold Zeigler Ford. No high pressure sales pitching. I was able to take my time & test drive all the cars I wanted to before buying a used car I wanted. Next time I want a new or used car, I will go to Harold Zeigler Ford.Was this review helpful?
