Came in to meet with Larry Sherwood, the manager, he referred me to Mitch Miller. Mitch did a wonderful job helping me select the perfect vehicle. It was 2009 Ford Fusion. I told Kristin Ware that I was looking for some vintage muscle, like a hemi-cuda. She called or emailed me about a used 2010 Roush Mustang they had in the showroom for about 40 grand. I bought it. I love it. It scares the hell out of me. Service was excellent. VIP treatment. Great place to buy a car.Was this review helpful?

We have been wanting to get a Volvo XC 90 for quite some time. I saw one advertised and inquired about it online. Within minutes, I got an email back inviting me to come in to the dealership the next morning. Walking in, I thought that I would test drive it and be on my way. I met Dion Shell and he went with me to test drive the car. I fell in love with it, but I wasn't sure how we would be able to get this vehicle. Dion and Danny worked very hard for us and by mid afternoon, I was able to drive off in the car of my dreams! The folks at Harold Zeigler went above and beyond my expectations and made the process of purchasing a vehicle as seamless as possible. Just purchased a used 2009 Sebring Convertible. I faxed in all my information for the application and I feel I had to wait too long. Info was faxed in at 10-11am on Monday and I didn't get my vehicle until 4pm the next day, after waiting at the dealership for over an hour after being told the finance guy was getting swamped. The salesman I had was very pleasant as well as the finance person when I finally saw him. My experience was pleasant when I was there. My only complaint was the time it took, which is why I still gave it four stars. I would recommend the dealership to anyone else.Was this review helpful?

I just purchased a new 2011 Ford Fusion. When I went into the dealership I was immediately given the proper attention of a salesman. Never did I feel pressured into buying and he was very helpful answering all of my questions. We test drove a few cars and he helped me find the one I liked and could afford. Where I purchased my last vehicle, they didn't even bother or have time to test drive vehicles with me. My experience with Harold Zeigler has been extremely pleasant and I highly recommend them...Was this review helpful?
