Great Service! I can't believe I went to a dealership and was pleasantly surprised! Sure there are people that say bad things about certain places, but when a facility like this does a great job, everyone needs to know about it. Tony has made it so simple for me to understand why it is so important to service my vehicle at a Honda dealer. (not that JoeSchmoeSideShop isn't great at what they do)... He helped me understand my car and listened to my needs. Everyone is so polite and nice, it makes me feel at home whenever I have service done.Was this review helpful?

Dear Herb, To say that Nik Bushati and the folks at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough provided complete customer care, from start to finish, doesn't even begin to tell the story. They provided extraordinary customer care! I was met in the parking lot by Nik who approached us in a low key, friendly and welcoming way. He was well spoken and solicitous and guided us through the vehicles on the lot without pressuring us, but rather, assisting us with the selection of car models and prices. He made an effort to get to know us, and what we were looking for in a car, and then guided us around the lot. It didn't stop there; from the moment my wife and I entered the showroom we encountered pleasant, friendly and upbeat people working the floor and the reception desk. Everyone was supportive and created a comfortable environment for us to consider our options. Nik guided us through the paperwork and introduced us to Mark Guarnieri, the business manager who worked with us on finding the right financing for our purchase. Mark could not have been nicer or more helpful. He is a credit to your organization. By now it's obvious that we were treated the way we would like to be treated and you can be sure that we will be singing your praises with all our friends. Was our first ever purchase of a Honda vehicle.. Not crazy about the fit and finish compared to our past German automobiles. However, we own the Honda Pilot because of Nick who worked hard to earn our business. He got us into the vehicle we wanted and although he is new, he earned the trust. Brought in my Honda Pilot because remotes weren't working and the front door was rubbing and chipping off the paint. I expected to have the service manager say that these were not covered under warranty. However, they fixed everything without charge and did it on the day I brought it in without an appointment. Vsery impressed with the professionalism, no hassle and more than prompt service. 5 star experience.Was this review helpful?

Absolutely Thrilled! I am absolutely delighted with the Honda Ridgeline I recently purchased at Herb Chambers Honda. I was given great service and an excellent trade-in. Their level of product knowledge was excellent. Rick who helped me is an expert on the Ridgeline and he spent nearly two hours going over every feature of the truck with me. A man who loves his product and it shows. I was able to have the DMV paperwork done at the dealership. it sure made buying the truck hassle free and fun. I had 3 follow up calls to make sure that every thing was OK. These guys really care about their customers. If your want buy a Honda this is the place to go.
