Very pleasant sales experience I recently spoke to Philip Potheau regrading leasing a new 2008 CR-V. We eventually did not purchase the Honda due to a unique situation with negative equity on our Nissan Murano, but dealing with Phil had to be the most stress free experience we have had in in years when it comes to car buying! He was courteous, pleasant, and knowledgeable. If you are in the market for a new Honda, I would definitely recommend going into the dealer and speaking to Philip.Was this review helpful?

I thought they were just fine. I bought a new car two years ago from a salesman named Norm Menthe (or some similar spelling). It was a fair deal and a good car. There was a small problem at pickup, hardly worh mentioning. Otherwise it a was a smooth transaction. (Note I had no trade in and did not finance through them). I liked the sales person and am working with him again - looking for another new car.Was this review helpful?

I love my brand new Honda Civic and thank Herb Chambers for making this a hassle free, no pressure and FUN experience! The first time I went in I met Matt Dency and test drove a 2010 Civic, I wasn't ready to purchase that day but Matt explained benefits and features of the vehicle. I came in the next day and met with Lee, test drove the 2012 Civic and ended up purchasing new instead. Everything about the experience was great from the sales reps to the negotiation (yes, even my negotiation was fun). The color I wanted was not available so I did have to wait about a week and a half or so for my new car but it was worth the wait. I went in with a strong idea of what I wanted and they not only met the needs of what I wanted but exceeded my expectations with their great service and attention to detail. I feel like they went out of their way to make this a great experience. I have a family member who will be purchasing a Honda Pilot from Herb Chambers in the near future, and I will continue to recommend this dealership to friends and familyWas this review helpful?

Brought my car in for emissions testing and windshield wiper blade changing. From the beginning, the service person Tony was very personable. He made me feel welcome and acted as if I was a top priority. Thank you for the great service (which was also quite quick).Was this review helpful?

Let's be honest: Taking your car in for service, you never expect a totally pleasant experience. However, my experience today was a positive one. I arrived early, which was no problem. Tony took care of me right away. He listened while I explained the problem and documented it carefully for the service tech. I was told it would take up to two hours, but the wait was only about 75-90 minutes. Tony had made an error in my favor in the billing, but he did the right thing and honored the quoted estimate without me having to ask for it to be corrected. They have free WiFi here, so bring your iPad and enjoy. Also free coffee and donuts! Plus they washed my car for me!Was this review helpful?
