Great Spa When I travel I often treat myself to a afternoon at a spa. The staff was great, my massage was perfect. I would put this spa in my top 10 list.

Great Facilities, Terrible service This is a beautiful resort. I stayed for 4 days, and still don't think I got a chance to explore everything that is offered from the many pools to multiple gardens each with a different theme. The staff from concierge to front desk to poolside were very pleasant. The dining experiences around the resort were a different story. 4 mornings in a row now I've ordered the same thing from the same person at the pastry shop on the ground level.... coffee, bagel with cream cheese and fruit cup. 4 mornings he has gotten some portion of my order incorrect and I've had to ask multiple times for him to get the right thing instead. During happy hour at the Hawaiian place just below the lobby I stood at the end of a not that crowded bar for 10 full minutes before the bartender finally looked at me and said 'G D' it's been a bad night I'll get to you when I can (finally someone else took care of me). Ate at the blue sage last night. Waiter again couldn't seem to process what we were asking for. The place was again not crowded... served traditional fare but in a more low key manner. Unfortunately it took over 2 hours for us to be served our 3 course meal. I asked for coffee with my desert and didn't get it until I was finished with my desert and had been sitting there for 10 minutes waiting on my check. Drinks pool side run from $10-15 but are tasty. It's a great place, but they need to hire different staff or manage the ones they have a little better to take my rating from a 3 to a 5.

Obviously the best hotel, some weekends my family and I will go for a weekend and it is a blast! The service is great, the rooms are classy, and it has the most magnificent pool EVER!

This place is a blast. We went down to Phoenix to enjoy the warm weather and catch a couple Spring Training games and ended up wishing we had more time to spend at this resort! We thought about staying at a non-resort hotel to save some money and we are so glad we didn't! We took our son - about 9 months old - and there was plenty to entertain him with. It was really great to have so many different dining options at the hotel that were delicious and much easier than trying to go elsewhere. Everything is very casual and kid-friendly (at the breakfast buffet, an additional cost at Blue Spruce, there was even a room in which Dora the Explorer and Sponge Bob made appearances - this was easy to avoid as well though, as it was completely separate from the other dinning area in case you aren't into that kinda thing). the staff were all overly friendly and helpful. The pools were great - all 4 or 5 of them! Tons to explore and fun to just walk around the resort. They also had live music every night we were there. I would definitely recommend - it's just so much more than a hotel!

Wow, what a 5 star resort. I've come here in the past to enjoy the great lobby area for drinks & always knew it's a great place but we booked a room for fathers day weekend on special $150/ night with a $50 credit to use on the property. The pool is awesome & the kids loved it. It's so big, they have a lazy river, slide, kid play area & several pools with tons of chairs. The service is great & they have these great tacos at the taco stand. They had free s'mores at night & lots of grass areas for the kids to play. Even a garden with real vegetables growing. I love this place.
