Went there to test drive some smart cars. Nicolette took me on the test drive. She was very pleasant to deal with. I was a bit upset about the fact that they didn't really have the advertised cars in stock - but that's apparenty smartusa's fault, not theirs. I didn't buy there because the ones they had in stock were about $3000 more than the ones that were advertised, and no longer there.Was this review helpful?

Excellent Service Advisors I am putting a review in for the service I received on my Mercedes. I was referred here by my hair stylist and have since been a loyal customer. They don't charge hidden fees like other dealerships. I believe some of the negative reviews from below are from people whom think they deserve better treatment because they have money.Was this review helpful?

My experience with the Service Department so far has been mixed, but the Sales Department (Ryan Zatt) is pretty good. He was up front and honest with me, without playing those sales games.Was this review helpful?

Getting better. I've changed my review and rating from 2 stars to 4. If you get the right service people, you get the right treatment. But it really shouldn't be that way. IMHO, if you buy a high-class product, you should receive high-class service from anybody that works there.Was this review helpful?

Best Service EVER! I went to get a light bulb changed and the service was excellent. Most Mercedes service departments are great but this one, just changed my headlight bulb in less than 5 minutes and that was it, I didn't even have to sign any thing or fill anything out. and best of all it was FREE! I love Mercedes! They really know how to treat people. I'm never buying any other car again ever!Was this review helpful?
