Great experience, my salesman was very good. Pleasante to work with and it was the first time that a salesman really listen to what I had to say. Finance was great, they answered all my question and I felt at home in the dealership. I would recomend working with Munday Mazda anytime to anybody.Was this review helpful?

Very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Very friendly staff and very helpful. They honored the internet negotiated price through USAA on a CX-9 Grand Touring SUV and gave me a fair trade-in on my 4 yr-old car. Every single employee made a point of stopping if they passed by to say hello and introduce themselves. It was a great buying experience!Was this review helpful?

nice and personable The salesman I worked with at Munday Mazda was a pleasure. If you go to Munday to shop for a Mazda, ask to work with Bill. He wasn't pushy or tricky in his sales pitch. He went over every dollar that I was going to spend. It was nice to see where their total was coming from. I don't want to speak out of line here, but just by looking around the offices, seems to be as nice and personable as they get at Munday. Many of the other salesman in the office were giving their customers manifestos or making numerous runs to the sales manager to discuss things that the customer had brought up. The financing lady was nice but somewhat hard to understand and kept trying to push me towards the most expensive warranty packages even though they were for coverage that I didn't need. I would highly recommend going here to buy your new Mazda. Ask for Bill.Was this review helpful?

So Happy We shopped for several days and the staff at Munday Mazda proved to be the best people to deal with. David Jervis was great! So far, the service has been better than ever expected. My review is on the Munday Mazda service department. I have just moved here from STL. I was very comfortable with the service department there. After I arrived in Houston, my car started having some symptoms . After the worst experience of my life at Joe Myers, I took my car over to Joe and Neil at Munday. Never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, nor did I feel I was being lied to. When I left the dealership, I had a new engine, solenoid valve, motor mounts, and something else electrical that I don't know. Also, I think they washed it too. What did it cost me? $128.
