The OBL is one of my favorite places to eat. The beef enchiladas are excellent. They are even better with a fried egg. The margaritas are great. And if you are in the mood for some sweets, the OBL sundae is awsome. Two scoops of ice cream on top of fried banana bread. What a treat.

Great menu with a variety of unique preparations. Great atmosphere. Only complaint was that the waiter continued to place blame on everyone and everything else for his lack. But overall, it was a great place to eat and enjoy the company.

How about some better prices/specials especiallly during midweek! Live Music would be great more days of the week --add something special to Highlands Ranch to keep couples coming back. Food was okay but lacked variety and drink prices were high.

I ate here the night before Thanksgiving with family who were in from out of town. The restaurant has a modern feel, but also a sense of coziness (for example, fires burning both inside and out on a very chilly night makes for a comfy feel). As it was rather late by the time we ordered, we did not order any appetizers. The wine selection was above average, both for bottles and glasses. I drank a glass of the house Pinot Grigio, followed by a glass of Cabernet with my dinner. Speaking of which, there were several entrees that looked and tasted good. I ordered the Poblano Relleno with Risotto, Spanish Paprika, and Ratatouille with Tomato Buerre Blanc. A delicious meal, though I thought the Relleno could have used a bit more of a kick (however, others at the table thought it was either just right, or a bit spicy, so take my observation with a grain of salt). The service was excellent all around. The restaurant is a bit pricier than I expected, though not in the exhorbitant range (if you are drinking, be prepared to pay). Overall, a good time was had by all!

The Old Blinking Light in Highlands Ranch is a great place to take a large group. My company had a party this past winter and they had a great private room to accommodate our size. It has doors that can open to the dining area or be closed for more privacy. The food is an interesting mixture of American and Southwestern. Something for everyone. I will defiantly be back.
