Beautiful furniture for a fraction of the cost. I have shopped all over Phoenix and have yet to find a place that compares in price and quality to Passport Imports. Was this review helpful?

I loved this place. I haven't made any big furniture purchases but I have bought some crosses and decorative items and you can't beat the prices! Even the prices on the furniture is super reasonable. It has super unique products and the staff was very helpful! Was this review helpful?

This phoenix furniture store is in a building that is totally discreet. The problem is you can drive right by it and miss out on so much. We totally found it by accident. My wife and I were out furniture shopping for our son and it soon turned out to be a shopping trip for us. The day that we were in there she got a few killer purses which became conversation pieces quickly. ** I was kinda upset because I wanted to buy them for her as a gift :-)** but then the fashion and accessories they carry are completely cool. It was fun seeing my wife so excited. Another cool deal is the actual store. It does not do this place justice however on the inside it is totally cool and like an adventure. You weave your way thru everything and then bang you are outside an on to another adventure. He has the store organized in a way that twists and turns so you really want to take you time and see everything. The bedroom headboards, dining room tables and outdoor furniture is amazing. We found a couch that we had never seen before and bought it that day along with some architectural items to finish off the wall behind our new couch. We did spend quite a bit of cash that day but we go back often not for the furniture all the time but for the accessories, jewerly and luggage and handbags. This place is totally worth the trip and so much better then your cheap furniture at Ashley's, RoomStore and other box stores in the valley. The prices are cheaper and the people there know everything about the furniture because I think they are the ones who helped get it into this country. Anyway this is the best of all the phoenix furniture stores out there. Do not miss it. Totally worth the trip. Was this review helpful?

Great Rustic Asian, but let the buyer beware This place has very interesting rustic Asian furnishings, but make sure you inspect, inspect, inspect everything you buy. The store is a bit dark and items are stacked on top of each other. Listen to a voice of experience.... make them pull the piece out into the light and examine it COMPLETELY! Once you read your sales receipt you will see that you are accepting a FINAL sale, and accepting AS IS condition Don't count on the sales person to point out any flaws either, they just don't do it. I bought a bench and discovered when it was delivered that a slat in the back was missing. When I went in the next day the staff acted as though they barely knew who I was. Suggested store solution: Buy a piece of wood at Home Depot, cut it to size and beat it up, and put it in there .Was this review helpful?
