You guys rock!!! I would recommend Fortune to anyone. Both times I've taken my vechicle their I've had nothing but a highly professional experience. Not knowing alot about the mechanics of a vechicle I had my estimate thoroughly explained so I knew exactly what was wrong and what would need to be done. The repair job was quick and when I got my escape back it looked brand new both times I've taken it there. My latest trip was because the entire side of my car had been scraped my another car, the door handle and window damaged pretty bad. Looking at it now you would never know that anything had happened to it. To the guys at Fortune- You've made a life long customer out of me!!! I'll never go anywhere else!Was this review helpful?

One of the best dealerships I have ever worked with, and I used to work for one. I contacted Mr. Barry Wilson about a Kia Sedona. The responses were fast and extremely helpful. We showed up to look at the vehicle and everything was very nice from the dealership itself, my kids loved the kid corner, to the salesmen. It was a very non pressure environment and felt very comfortable to due business in. Barry even gave my 3yr old a present for his birthday which made his little day too. Whenever I need a new car again Pail MIller will be first on my list to visit.Was this review helpful?

We have brought our CX-7 Grand Touring to the Paul Miller Mazda Service center and I have been very impressed with our service thus far. We bought our SUV from another dealer outside of Lexington and after an outrageous fight with them to help us take care of the car they sold us, we turned to Paul Miller. Both of our services have been covered by our warranty NO QUESTIONS ASKED. One dealing with an A/C conducter (very expensive repair if not covered). The car has been serviced quickly and thus far all work has been great! Props to our service guy David for always promptly taking our calls. I will amend my review if the quality of work deteriorates, but as an extremely picky/mean customer I must say this is a good dealership!Was this review helpful?

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience I had yesterday. I drove about 40 minutes to test drive a used Honda, but was disappointed in the vehicle. My salesman, Edwin Montanez, mentioned to me that I could buy a BRAND NEW Mazda 3 or Mazda 6 for just a tiny bit more than the used car. I test drove both, and 4 hours later I drove off the lot with the Mazda 6, and I am still in shock! I haven't bought a brand new car in almost 15 years, but who deserves one more than I do? He worked some numbers magic with the money guys, and made it happen. Had Edwin not nudged me in the right direction, and come up with a price I could afford, I would have left unhappy, but he was amazing! (Plus, I was in a big hurry because I really thought I was only going to test drive the one car and drive back home to think it over. He moved things right along so I could get dinner in the oven. (I wish I were as happy with the meal as I was with the car!) I would recommend Edwin Montanez at Paul Miller Mazda to anyone looking for a new car, and for anyone that is looking for a used car but really wants a new one and just doesn't know it.
