I just got my 2000 Ford Windstart worked on at Ride On, and the service was spectacular. Chris was friendly, communicative, and honest. He told me exactly what he was planning to do and exactly how much it would cost, and then talked over the best options with me before he proceeded. He also brought me into the shop to show me exactly what was wrong and why it would cost what it cost. Many other reviewer's have lauded Chris' honesty, and they're exactly right. I'll be going back to Chris for any future work I need, and I highly recommend Ride On for anyone who wants quality, affordable, and honest service. Was this review helpful?

Ride On and Chris B. are Highly Recommended Finding an honest and skilled mechanic is extremely valuable. I have not had the best of luck since I've moved to Atlanta, but based on my recent experience with Chris at Ride On, I now have a top notch car mechanic in Atlanta that I know I can trust. He checked out a possible braking issue on my Ford Escape, and after looking it over, he explained to me that I did NOT need any work done to the vehicle and everything was working as it should (ABS was simply kicking in when I would not have expected it to be doing so). When is the last time a mechanic told you you DIDN'T need to drop a few hundred (at least) for necessary work? I trust Chris, if he was to tell me I needed to drop some money for repairs, I'd do it in a heartbeat. and I also trust him when he tells me that I don't need to spend any money. Chris was extremely detailed in his explanations, and from here on out I'll always be taking our vehicles to Ride On as soon as I suspect any sort of issue whatsoever (not to mention their basic diagnostic testing is cheaper than previous mechanics I've visited!). I would recommend Ride On to anyone in the Atlanta area... they're worth driving to even if Ride On is far from your neighborhood. Was this review helpful?

Ride On takes the anxiety out of auto repair I'm moving to Europe, and Chris and his mechanics evaluated my '97 Acura Integra, helping me to figure out how much to ask for it. In the process, they did a couple of repairs that made it run so well that I'm even sadder to sell the car. A trustworthy, honest, efficient bunch of guys who will tell you right away what repairs you do and (as someone pointed out below) do not need, all with very reasonable pricing. Thanks guys! Was this review helpful?

Repairs you won't regret. Sipmly put, Ride On Auto Repair is the only place I will bring my car to in Atlanta. Period. The combination of knowledge, ability, speed, and above all HONESTY make them unparalleled in my book. They helped me diagnose and fix my AC problem in my old Volvo and charged a reasonable and fair price for the work. Sure there are other honest mechanics out there - but you might not see your car for a week, just for a tune-up. And then there are the chain shops with fast turn-around, but they'll charge you an arm and a leg. Support your local mechanic (Chris and AJ) and you'll get more than just service you're satisfied with - you'll find more cash in your pocket at the end of the day. Thanks again! Was this review helpful?
