Very nice, and worth every penny!!! My husband and I decided to visit Romanos tonight, and I must say it was delicious . The prices were ok, but the food portions were great. If you live in Alaska you understand that there aren't any real good Italian places, but this is the best and well worth it .Was this review helpful?

Romantic Dining with Food Worth a Splurge! My husband took me out to Romano's for a very special evening. The décor is unique, warm, and very romantic. This is definitely a place for lovers! I ordered the chef's special that evening, a seafood lasagna, rich and savory. I am a great-food lover and this evening was a complete culinary delight. Service is excellent, the food divine, and the romantic, glowing atmosphere made the evening one of our very best out in Anchorage. I recommend parents get a babysitter and hide out in Romano's for a truly memorable date night. Was this review helpful?

a bit pricey, but worth the money. been here several times, and each time tried something different, and everything has been super yummy. Was this review helpful?

Been to Ramano's at least 50 times over the past 30 years. 90% of the time I've ordered the same dish--- Canaloni. It's filling and is very delicious. You get bread. I always order the salad with house italian dressing. I have never left Ramanos without felling totally stuffed and ready to hit the sack. I must say though that the canaloni used to be better than 9t is now. Must be a different cook or something. My wife and I generally get out of there for about 50 to 70 dollars with the tip. I keep going back because the food tastes great, and the atmosphere is really nice. It's fairly dark and pretty quiet. The service is so so however. sometimes they are in a hurry. It's better Italian food than Olive Garden by far!!Was this review helpful?
