Just bought a 2011 Honda CR-V EX from Rob Donkelaar at Roush Honda. Having started in the service department, Rob is very, very knowledgeable about every aspect of Hondas. He was friendly and very helpful but most of all NOT pushy. I test drove three other Hondas and was not going to drive the CR-V because iI thought I couldn't afford it. Rob encouraged me to give it a try and then proceeded to make it possible. I love my CR-V and Rob is the best salesman.Was this review helpful?

From the first meeting to the end of the moment of deal, that was literally perfect itself! The dealer, Richie Phillips, he was extraordinarily friendly and professional. During whole time we were making a deal, he was happily do every favor we asked. That was wonderful. Every service was very satisfactory. I tried many cars for test driving and ask a lot of questions, but he was doing his work with pleasure. I'm really glad that I could find this dealer shop and made a great deal for my new accord. I definitely recommend that you go and buy a car if you wanna get a car with great condition and great price. Additionally wonderful service!Was this review helpful?

Nice, clean shop; fast, good, reasonably priced service I moved to Columbus from outside Philly, where I had a dealer I completely trusted. I wasn't so sure about Roush when I read some of the reviews on this site, but they were simply excellent in every way! I never took my car to the dealer for service until I got a late-model hybrid, but Roush--like the dealer back East--provides exceptional service for the same price (or less) than many service shops. If I had an older-model car and only needed an oil change, I might not go to a dealer, but when your light comes on and says B1, you want the dealer doing that work. And in this area, you want Roush. You drive in to a covered area, sit in a comfortable waiting room, and have a buzzer to alert you when your car is done. Appointments are done on schedule, and the gentleman who manages the service reception area is fantastic (the only downside is that my appointment was scheduled about 2 weeks out from when I called, but that's probably because they're popular and don't seem to double-book; it might have been sooner, but it was a routine, scheduled check-up). I can use the words honesty, integrity, and courtesy to describe them. They quoted me a price for the B1 service, and that's what the bill was (including an additional manufacturer-suggested battery modification/resetting). Great overall!!!Was this review helpful?

We purchased a 2012 Honda Crosstour working with John Newton. It was a pleasant experience, no pressure. We found the dealership to be efficient and well organized.
