Ok but service still fits that overpriced stereotype Good buying experience, but honestly they didn't have to do much. I knew exactly what model, options, and even color I wanted. My one complaint is the price of service, which I understand is not a huge surprise for a dealership. An A-1 service on my 09 Honda Fit calls for an oil change and tire rotation. Some how that adds up to almost $60. The tire rotation was listed at $25. Really? I buy a car from you and am loyal enough to have it serviced at your shop and you charge me $25 for rotating my tires. Stupid.Was this review helpful?

120,000 Mile Check up Took our 2000 Honda in for it's 120000 mile check up and informed the service tech that we had just done an oil change 2 weeks before-with Mobil synthetic and new filter ($50 service). Picked up van and they had changed the oil---and the filter! Talked to a sales person but they wouldn't take the oil change charge off-or the new filter charge. Said that Honda filters were better and they didn't like synthetic oil. For a customer, new to the area, this didn't encourage me to use them again. Too bad. It is a nice facility and the people were nice. Hard to drop $400.Was this review helpful?

We purchased a 2012 Honda Crosstour working with John Newton. It was a pleasant experience, no pressure. We found the dealership to be efficient and well organized. No games and straightforward in arriving at a price for the vehicle. We like the car very much and look forward to a long term relationship with this dealer.Was this review helpful?

I like Roush Honda Went in three times to the used car dealership on State Street west of 270. Dave talked to us all three times. He is a very nice guy, fun and laid back. No pressure, answered our questions. Purchased a 02 Corrola LE, 6200 sticker, got it for 5500. Had history of work done when the car was purchased, Carfax (take carfax with grain of salt as it only knows what its told). Even got a hat and some water bottles. The manager, Steve is also a nice guy. Definitely would purchase a car from them in the future.Was this review helpful?

This was my first experience with Roush. I was very pleased with the no hassle approach from Tom Miller. I was recommended to Roush by family, and I can see why. I have not used the service department yet, but will update this review after I do.Was this review helpful?
