One of my new favorites! I was a little hesitant about this restaurant after reading some reviews online, but still made a reservation. They were able to seat us right away, and were very friendly. Our waiter was especially personable, attentive and charming. He started off by introducing himself and getting our names. He was then considerate enough to use our names for the remainder of the evening! The food was also delicious. The Petite Filet was made to perfection, and the Au Gratin Potatoes were mouthwatering. The food was a little pricey, but the quality service and excellent food was definitely worth the price. I would recommend Ruth Chris's Steak House to anyone who is looking for a nice atmosphere with great service and delicious food. I look forward to trying another restaurant from this chain!

The Location Moved! This Ruth's Chris Steak House moved at the beginning of 2005 from 800 5th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104 to its presents location in the Grand Hyatt Hotel at 727 PIne Street, Seattle, WA 98101. It's still a great restaurant with great food and service.

Happy Hour after 9pm. Seared Ahi Tuna is a good deal for the price. The sliders are excellent, but you only get two. The Margarita flatbread pizza is a fair bang for the buck as well. The BBQ shrimp are good, but kind of a small order. I didn't try the Caesar salad. The only bad - happy hour beer is Bud.

The post by Twisitedelement is completely biased and unfounded. As a frequent diner, and acquaintance of people who work at the restaurant, I know they have never had a problem with the health board. They are also checked by corporate funded companies, unannounced, to ensure the restaurant exceeds health standards. Every time I am at Ruth's, whether it is for a drink or a five course meal, I am delighted by the service and ambiance. When friends and family are in town, going to Ruth's Chris is a must because they will be, and always are, overwhelmed by the fantastic experience and incredible food. In addition to this, I am very germ conscious (always have my antibacterial on me!), and I have never been alarmed or uncomfortable by the way Ruth's employees conduct themselves or tend to the facilities. In fact, they literally replace settings on the table after each course. I caution you to take into consideration where Twistedelements words are coming from. It sounds like he left on bad terms and has a personal grudge against the restaurant.
