great steak but.. we dined here recently. Steaks were amazing. We have dined at multuple RC locations, this was the best steak yet. However, the seating was cramped. Small booths, very little privacy in certain areas of the restaurant. Seating reminded me of Cheesecake Factory. Would still go back though.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt which is connected to the Steakhouse which was one of the reasons why we picked that hotel. I've always heard great things about the restaurant and glad we made a reservation! The service was very impressive. It's really hard going out to eat sometimes because not a lot of places give great service. If you visit the restaurant, ask for Troy. He really took care of us and made our first dining experience a memorable one. They even went out of their way to put birthday confetti on the table (my boyfriend's birthday) The food was awesome. I suggest getting the rib eye. The sides are very generous portions, enough to share. If you like garlic, try their green beans. They have chunks of garlic mixed with the beans, very delicious! The only downfall was I couldn't take my leftovers to the room because we had no fridge. I highly recommend this place.

Happy Hour after 9pm. Seared Ahi Tuna is a good deal for the price. The sliders are excellent, but you only get two. The Margarita flatbread pizza is a fair bang for the buck as well. The BBQ shrimp are good, but kind of a small order. I didn't try the Caesar salad. The only bad - happy hour beer is Bud.

Celebrated our 6th anniversary here. Table was decorated to compliment that and our wait staff was amazing. This dowtown location is a bit of a younger hipper crowd than in bellevue. And my food has always been great here. Share dessert they are huge! I've yet to have a better steak.. you know its done right when medium rare comes sizzling and remains hot throughout the meal. Perfect night :)
