I just bought a 2012 Honda Civic from Sloane Honda! I have had a 2007 CRV for almost 5 years. I was very apprehensive going to the dealership to purchese a new car, because I have originally dealt with another person for the past 4 cars I had purchased and felt comfortable with him. I went into the dealership and met Michael Geller. I couldn't have been more happier than I was that day! I had such a nice experience that day and he made me feel as though I didn't have to do anything that day if I didn't want too. But I did and I was glad. He also called me to ask me if everything was okay and if I had any questions. Thank you again Michael!Was this review helpful?

Outstanding service department!!! The service department is just outstanding! As a Monday-Friday daytime working person, I am thrilled to be able to request a Saturday appointment and have service work done on my day off. I prefer to wait there (never more than a few hours) for the work to be done. I get there before opening time, and the service department has opened promptly each time or even a few minutes beforehand. The assistant service managers behind the counter are efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Each time they have thoroughly and patiently answered my questions or concerns in a manner in which I could understand (greatly appreciated by a female, non-motorhead!) Furthermore, depending on the situation, they may recommend additional maintenance work, but I never feel pressured to get it done if I don't have the time or money to do so. The parts department must be rather well stocked since I have never had to return for work to be completed the next day or leave the car overnight. If there has been diagnostic work or a more involved repair for which a discussion is required, the manager has found me in the waiting room and had the courtesy to have a discussion in the hallway or somewhere else more privately and out of earshot of the others in the waitng room. I always appreciate having the estimated cost of the work before proceeding. The waiting room is accommodating enough....as long as I have coffee, vending machines, tv, and a computer work station, I never mind waiting there since I know they are doing their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. The above has been my experience for several years, so I see it as a consistent pattern of excellent service. And, anytime I go in for just an oil change, I am in and out of the Express Service before I can even finish my free coffee. For expert service done efficiently while considering the convenience and budget of the customer, I would totally recommend Sloane Honda's service department.Was this review helpful?

I just purchased my 2nd car from Sloane this past week. Taal was my salesperson and Al Kramer was the manager that helped us buy. He was great too. They are not the TYPICAL car lot. I like to go there since i Feel at home. They seem to have a lot of fun there and still sell cars. If anyone needs that extra vote to help make a decision where to buy, Then go to Sloane.
