Letter from Linda Dear Mr. Cohen, This email is in reference to your employee, Mark Viggiano. I wanted to take a minute and express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude with Mark's services. To give you a little background, I originally bought my 2000 Honda Accord from Piazza Honda in Langhorne. The service I received from that dealer was unacceptable. For example, my car was due for it's schedule maintenance and I learned that I was going to be charged for something that was not even a part of my particular model. I questioned that, and I was told that it was part of the package for that particular scheduled maintenance and I would be charged for it anyway. I then began searching for a Honda dealer that I could trust. I called several Honda dealers and then contacted Sloane. They confirmed that my car did not need that added service, as my model did not contain that part (I don't remember what part it was) and your price for the scheduled maintenance was about $100 less than Piazza was going to charge me. I became your customer from that point on. I have dealt with Mark since I began bringing my car into Sloan for servicing. My car is going on 11 years old now, and during that time, I can honestly say that the service I have received has been nothing but the best. One late Saturday afternoon, my car started making a funny noise. I called your service department and asked for Mark and, although the service department was about to close, he told me to come right over. I previously resided in Yardley and it took me about 20 minutes to get there. The moment I walked into the service department, Mark had my car looked at, and the noise was found to be a stone rumbling around inside some part of the car. The stone was removed and the noise stopped. The few minutes it took to find out what the problem was, saved me days of worrying whether or not my car had a serious problem, and whether or not it was safe to drive. Mark made that happen. He came through on numerous other occasions as well. Whenever my car needed something, Mark always took the time to explain why it was needed. He made sure I was an informed customer. Today, I brought my car in because it is having a problem. I called Mark this past Saturday just as the service department closed. He told me to bring it in first thing on Monday morning. I did, and he also arranged for me to have a loaner car so I could get to work. I am a Nurse Practitioner at Fox Chase Cancer Center and my patients depend on me being there for them. I brought my car in this morning and was in a loaner car 10 minutes later and got to work on time. Again, Mark made that happen. It feels good to know that I am being treated as a person and not a number. My car is seeing the end of its days and because of the reliability of a Honda I am seriously considering buying another Honda in the very near future. This was my first experience with a Honda (previously I owned 4 Volvo's) and I think it is the best car that I have every owned. Knowing that I can trust Mark for the servicing of my car, further validates the decision for purchasing a new Honda. I now live in Chalfont, and the commute to Sloan is longer, but it is well worth it. If Sloane give out Employee of the Year awards, I nominate Mark for his valuable, trustworthy and customer friendly service. Sincerely,Was this review helpful?

To sum up my experience at Sloane Honda in a word... Incredible. Without going into too much detail regarding my personal financial situation, let's just say the outlook on my financing options were bleak after being lied to by another local dealer. The guys at Sloane Honda came highly recommended by a trusted friend, so I went. I was blown away at the extent to which these guys tried to help me out. After hearing my story over the past 6 months with cars and finances it quickly became a personal quest for them to get me into a Pilot they knew would be reliable and serve all my needs and AT THE SAME TIME get me an incredible financing option. The personal service and friendly, customer oriented approach they take (aka, not pushy) when helping is a breath of fresh air in the industry AND the current economy. They went to bat for me. They took a personal interest in creating the perfect situation for me in regards to both the car AND the financing. Bottom line... Sloane Honda is now my first, and only option (as well as all my friends and family) for buying a vehicle. I seriously couldn't thank them enough for what they pulled off to help me out.Was this review helpful?

Very happy to be the new owners of a 2009 Honda Pilot. We were treated right and Will Burnett was a pleasure doing business with. If you're in the market for a new or used Honda, we have no hesitation saying to definitely check out Sloane Honda and ask for Will.Was this review helpful?

This dealership is awesome. The used car department has a huge inventory to choose from. I have brought 2 cars from them in the last several years and both experiences were great. Salesmen take there time with you and the service department also has great customer service. Would highly recommend this dealership!Was this review helpful?
