Got my car from Sussman, only go to Sloane Sloane is top notch on its service side. Friendly, helpful, and more than willing to go above and beyond. I got my car from Sussman Honda and had the worst experience possible. The manager there will admit no wrongdoing and his superior, the operations manager is just like him, both quick to jump to a conclusion. I can't say much about Sloane's sales, I've yet to interact with them. But if you have a Honda, need easy and quick servicing, I recommend going to them. The cleaning and detailing here made my car look better than how I got my car new from Sussman.Was this review helpful?

I am excited to be the new owner of a 2008 Honda Accord. It was wonderful working with Will Burnett and Shawn White to get me a deal that was fair and affordable! I love my car and I have made two friends in Will and Shawn, they kept me smiling and laughing the whole time that I was there. It was a pleasure to meet them and I am sure to keep doing business and refer all my friends and family to Sloane Honda! I know that if there is ever anything I need that these two guys will take care of me!Was this review helpful?

Sloane Honda has been a landmark in the great northeast for many years. The staff, whether sales or service, work as a team and really make you feel like they care about what the customers interest s are. if you do business there the first time they keep you for life. With their passion for customer service and there dedication to their craft. and most importantly because of their size they always have the best price.......Was this review helpful?

Letter from Linda Dear Mr. Cohen, This email is in reference to your employee, Mark Viggiano. I wanted to take a minute and express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude with Mark's services. To give you a little background, I originally bought my 2000 Honda Accord from Piazza Honda in Langhorne. The service I received from that dealer was unacceptable. For example, my car was due for it's schedule maintenance and I learned that I was going to be charged for something that was not even a part of my particular model. I questioned that, and I was told that it was part of the package for that particular scheduled maintenance and I would be charged for it anyway. I then began searching for a Honda dealer that I could trust. I called several Honda dealers and then contacted Sloane. They confirmed that my car did not need that added service, as my model did not contain that part (I don't remember what part it was) and your price for the scheduled maintenance was about $100 less than Piazza was going to charge me. I became your customer from that point on. I have dealt with Mark since I began bringing my car into Sloan for servicing. My car is going on 11 years old now, and during that time, I can honestly say that the service I have received has been nothing but the best. One late Saturday afternoon, my car started making a funny noise. I called your service department and asked for Mark and, although the service department was about to close, he told me to come right over. I previously resided in Yardley and it took me about 20 minutes to get there. The moment I walked into the service department, Mark had my car looked at, and the noise was found to be a stone rumbling around inside some part of the car. The stone was removed and the noise stopped. The few minutes it took to find out what the problem was, saved me days of worrying whether or not my car had a serious problem, and whether or not it was safe to drive. Mark made that happen. He came through on numerous other occasions as well. Whenever my car needed something, Mark always took the time to explain why it was needed. He made sure I was an informed customer. Today, I brought my car in because it is having a problem. I called Mark this past Saturday just as the service department closed. He told me to bring it in first thing on Monday morning. I did, and he also arranged for me to have a loaner car so I could get to work. I am a Nurse Practitioner at Fox Chase Cancer Center and my patients depend on me being there for them. I brought my car in this morning and was in a loaner car 10 minutes later and got to work on time. Again, Mark made that happen. It feels good to know that I am being treated as a person and not a number. My car is seeing the end of its days and because of the reliability of a Honda I am seriously considering buying another Honda in the very near future. This was my first experience with a Honda (previously I owned 4 Volvo's) and I think it is the best car that I have every owned. Knowing that I can trust Mark for the servicing of my car, further validates the decision for purchasing a new Honda. I now live in Chalfont, and the commute to Sloan is longer, but it is well worth it. If Sloane give out Employee of the Year awards, I nominate Mark for his valuable, trustworthy and customer friendly service. Sincerely,Was this review helpful?

I love the convenience of the express service department for my oil changes. It's nice to be able to just stop by and have that done whenever I am in the area doing errands....never have to plan ahead. I have gotten several totally free lube, oil, and filter service jobs by visiting there consistently (collect five coupons, and the next one is free....I think they also track it in their computers). I like the idea of having all my records at the dealership, even oil changes.Was this review helpful?
