Sonicwall up and runnning - YEAAAHHH!!!! We thank The Computer Support People, LLC for doing a terrific job. We are a medical practice with two remote locations, multiple servers that host our patient electronic health records and 32 computer users total. Needless to say that all three offices are connected to each other via VPN's, Terminal Services/Remote Desktop and Microsoft IIS. A couple weeks ago our practice needed to implement the Surescripts solution and patient portal with our medical software, eMDs. This required that we purchased a new router and 7 new computers for our exam rooms. We purchase the Wireless Sonicwall TZ 210 router for some of the laptops and tabletPCs for remote access for our nurses and providers. We had a problem with configuring the Sonicwall wireless router and serveral of our computers to be seen in the VPN. The previous computer support company was not able to configure this particular router with the secure specifications required to connect the two VPN sites between eMDs server and our servers/computers. We found The Computer Support People, LLC through another medical practice in Norwalk. We decided to give them a try since time was of the essence for us to implement this solution for our medical practice. They came to our office, did a little presentation about their business and promised to get the VPN tunnel between the two sites up and running for us. We provided them with the configuration technical information and security settings and within 30 minutes we were seeing the other server at eMDs and we were able to receive/send data to them. Our ePrescribing and Patient Portal is now active. We love their Sonicwall expertise and prompt response. They are a life saver. These People are Great!!!!!! The computer technicians are so friendly and really try their best to help you. I had a laptop that kept on shutting down all the time. I used the computer for business and wanted to make sure I had my computer available for work soon enough. I dropped the computer in the morning and went to work. They called me at work and told me it was ready for pick up. I told him that I worked in Norwalk and would only be able to pick the laptop at around 8 pm. They told me that they were closed at that time. They told me about their drop off delivery service and a computer technician from their Norwalk location took the laptop to my office. The computer works great and these people are heroes to me. This is what I call good customer service. I would definitely use them again.Was this review helpful?

Excellent Service - You will be happy with their service and pricing GREAT support company. My experience with this company was great. I had a broken hard drive that the Geek Squad could not fix for me. They suggested going to this company to see if they could do it. I brought the broken hard drive to them and they were able to extract my data out of the bad hard drive. I was so thankful to these guys that I wrote a thank you letter to their supervisor and decided to post this review online. Excellent I have a small practice in Norwalk with 7 computers. I was having so many problems with my network and my medical application that runs on all computers. The previous company kept on charging me and trying to fix a problem after the other. Then I found The Computer Support People, LLC. It was like a match out in heaven. They are fast. They were able to re-configure my network and workstations. They solve my network issues and set me up with a hardware support contract. Now, I just call and they come or connect to my office and they can fix the problem right away. The price does not change if I call them once or 50 times in a month. I save money and time. They are local and have a group of 9 technicians which even makes it better for me to be able to get someone to solve any problem I have right away. I love this company.Was this review helpful?

Great service and better pricing then any of the other places I have visited around the area. I had a problem with my 5 computer network and about 3 different wireless devices. These guys connected to my computer remotely and were able to fix the problem that I have been having with my personal laptop loosing the printer connection to my main computer for months. After resetting my computer every time for about 3 months, I thought it was time to call the professionals to help me. Thank you for the great service and prompt response. Your team is fantastic.
