I had a logistical hiccup upon signing in and my upgraded room wasn't available. I had ordered this room months in advanced, this is unacceptable.Was this review helpful?

We were in town for the labor day weekend. We chose the Ritz-Carlton and were amazed. The service is excellent the room was fantastic and the view was georgous. The room director made the stay so enjoyable. He even checked in with us during the stay to make sure we were happy with the accomidations. We will definatley stay again.Was this review helpful?

Service and decor are not up to the standards I've found in other four seasons hotels. Simple breakfast was delivered late. Concierge didn't tell us what restaurant she had booked for dinner (we missed the reservation). Wifi in the room didn't work - no signal. The staff is earnest and pleasant. Someone has trained them to say all the right things. The execution is lacking, but we had the sense that it is a work in progress. To be clear, this is still a delux hotel, just not yet at four seasons very high standards.Was this review helpful?

Everything was great until i left and realized the valet put a huge yellow scratches on the side of my pickup. This may be common sense for most of you but make sure to check your vehicle. This will ad a grand to my stay.Was this review helpful?
