I Had a problem with the cleanliness of the room and the front desk manager swiftly upgraded me to a very nice room without trying to keep me in that room and he even threw in free breakfast so no complaints from me. I see alot of reviews stating that they don't care and blah blah but I didn't get that feeling from them at all or maybe I was one of the lucky ones. I had a few peeves which where the pool area in which towels were thrown all over the floor and the jacuzzi didn't work at all and the slow elevators. This isn't the Waldorf Astoria people come on its a decent place. Other than that the stay was perfect for me and my lover, thanks once again Jay!

Great location and service for this older hotel located in the great of downtown Seattle. Rooms are a bit small and unimpressive compared to other Westin hotels including the one in Bellevue.

As usual I'm amazed at the high rankings people have given a place like this. not a 4-star hotel. The place is overpriced, dirty and starting to show signs of disrepair. the lobby is shabby, the carpet is gross and linens are scratchy. they also want $45/day for parking. Stay in the university area instead.

This is an older Westin Hotel, located in the heart of downtown. Location is the best part of this hotel, followed by service. The rooms are small and unimpressive compared to other Westin hotels like the one in Bellevue.
