Always great Love it So happy the white horse is here, my husband and I have spent many happy evenings there in the last year. Always welcoming and always consistently great, best food, best decor, best staff, best place ever.

I have here a few times and very pleased until last time. Roast beef panini came soggy as if it had been sitting in the au jus. I should have said something but didn't.

I am so glad that the White Horse is within driving distance for me. I come here almost every weekend, I just wish there was one like it in Manhattan so l could be there during the week as well. Food, Service, Atmosphere all excellent. Consistent and just keeps getting better. Never been disappointed, only comment is how busy it is and sometimes a bit noisy, but that is a good thing, it shows how well loved it is.

service sucked on a slow night. the bar tender got us half of the drinks we ordered then walked by us 4 or 5 times, going to tables next to us but never to our table. so we walked to the restaurant side where the service was a bit better but not by much considering how empty the place was. we ordered medium rare burgers that came out medium well. they were still good but like I said no excuse for a slow night.

New Milford The White Horse is our Friday night go to place...we have been there every week (barring vacation) for the past year, and have NEVER had a bad experience. The service is wonderful, and the kitchen is very accommodating. We do not eat carbs, and they give us extra vegetables, and even make onion soup without the bread for us. We are always greeted when we walk in, and the owner usually comes over to our table or greets us when he sees us. The food is excellent and plentiful. Our experience has certainly not been anything like the negative reviews that have been written here.
