AH-Mazing! I stayed here for three nights while in town for bussiness and I loved it. The customer service was outstanding even with a mostly young staff. They knew were so helpful and never acted like they hated being there. Love that it has the courtyard and it's just a few blocks from Michigian Ave. so the foot traffic is lightier when you leave the hotel. Excellent room serivce and cleaning staff. I have stayed at a lot of nice hotels and this one is on top of my list now. would recommend to anyone coming to chicago!

Without a doubt, the best hotel in the city. The staff really makes this place incredible. They seem to exist solely to make sure that your every need is met and they do it in the friendliest and most non-pretentious way. The rooms are super luxe gorgeous; the spa divine. Everything about this hotel will make you swoon and it's worth every bit the cost of the room.

This is by far probably the nicest hotel in Chicago. The staff was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. They were willing to help no matter how large or small the request. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous both on the inside and out. We didn't get a chance to try out the spa, but I've heard rave reviews about its quality. The upgraded us to a suite given they were overbooked, so we got to experience a higher-end room. The bed was very comfortable and all modern day and technological amenities you can think of were present. The nicest touch of our stay, the chauffeured us to our dinner reservations in an extended-base LS Lexus; WOW!

lovely new hotel Rooms are big and nice. Food service isn't quite there yet. Cold room service...slooooow waiters in resto. And a mandatory 18% tip on parties of all sizes. WTF.

Luxurious hotel not to be overlooked If you are thinking about staying in Chicago this is where you need to stay. Time warp back to a decade where customer service wasn't just a term that flew out of peoples' mouths but was rather an oath that employees made to their patrons. Service is unbeatable and the decor is wonderful. I recently got married and we went to a wedding ceremony and reception here and made it a little stay cation. While it was a bit more money than we would usually spend, every penny was worth it in the end.
