I just purchased a 2011 Jetta SEL from WHVW. They had the best price in Houston. Our sales rep, Doug Atkins, was amazing! He was able to get me approved for financing before I even arrived. When I came to buy my car he said, You're already approved. Let's go pick out your car. It was as simple as that. Jeff, our financing specialist, was equally great. Jeff laid out all out financing options clearly and was very honest. Truly a great car buying experience. We are planning to come back when my wife needs a new car. Chris is a phenomenal service rep and he has always been very efficient and extremely courteous. We are very happy with the customer service that Chris has provided on this visit as well as prior visits. I drive 70+ miles one-way getting to West Houston VW because of your excellent service and customer care. Overall, my VW ownership experience is truly pleasurable because of your remarkable dealership. Chris, thank you for your on-target help and followup advice. And Nikki remembered me from April 2011. Super-Fine People at this Volkswagen Dealership! I had the misfortune of hitting a tire tread at 70 mph in my 2008 R32. Joe Serawan and team at West Houston VW worked with my insurance company, lined everything up, and even gave me a loaner (I did not have renter's insurance). The car was in the shop three days and every day Joe called to give me an update. When I first brought the car in, I waited a few minutes at their coffee bar (d@mn good coffee!!!) and used their customer wifi... anyway, after 15 minutes, Joe brought me back into the garage, and with the car elevated, showed me the damage and had the mechanic explain each problem. (The R is a very low car, and as the tire tread gator-tailed under the car at 70 mph, it tore up quite a bit of stuff.) I was very impressed that, without asking, I was brought into the shop to see the undercarriage damage. [I've driven Hondas for years and would have never been allowed into the shop!] When people take the time to show you the damage, and explain each aspect. When they take the time to answer your questions. When they find out you have no renter's insurance and they bend over backward to find a loaner. When they call you each day and give you an update... well, it impresses the heck out of you. And did I mention how good their spiffy automated coffee brew machine is ;-) Thanks Joe and thanks to all who helped me. I'll be back!!!Was this review helpful?

Gentlemen: I just wanted to send you an email regarding Chris in your service department. I have worked with him for a few months in handling some issues regarding my Jetta. He has been very helpful – always professional and I feel has really tried to help me with some difficult service issues. He has done an incredible job and has really demonstrated the customer service that your ads speak about.
