The buffet I ate at was okay! The sushi rolls were a major let down. However, I won big! I heard some old man flipping out at the machine. That was entertaining. Was this review helpful?

Opinion del buffet. Dicen q el buffet es el mejor dlas vegas pero... La comida no es nada del otro mundo. Si estas jabato y te pilla jugando en el wynn ok. Pero si no... Tampoco es necesario visitarlo. Was this review helpful?

Let me first say I am a 22 year from California that likes nothing more than a day of good eating walking the town and then doing some nice gambling and pre gaming at the craps table after dinner. BTW, Wynn/Encore is the ONLY place (including Bellagio, venetian, etc.) I have been that gives you NON-Dilluted shots of patron/don julio. Then I like to rage at the clubs like its New Years. There is no better place to do this than the Encore. I have stayed at Encore, The Mirage, Treasure Island, Westin Casarina, The Venetian, Planet Hollywood, Paris, Ceasars Palace, Rio, and Casino Royale. NOTHING compares to Encore. Biggest rooms, Nicest interior of any casino, Best clubs: Surrender and XS, best drinks (actual shots of don julio), Two different power shades and curtains in the room, best Televisions in the room (Sharp Aqous 46 inch), floor to ceiling windows, Literally SOUND PROOF doors and walls, TV in the bathroom, an L couch that is ballin in the two queen bed rooms, and they and only they (including big weekends ALWAYS have $10 craps tables late night friday and Saturday). Every other casinos will be min:15-25 INCLUDING WYNN!!! Only drawback is because it is very expensive you do not get as many young people at these resorts as the other one's. But you can find people everywhere so who caree Encore's the BEST!!! P.S. La reve kinda sucked unless your into roided up guys hanging from monkey barsWas this review helpful?

There were many good things about this hotel (great beds and linens, quiet room, nice layout and décor, lovely pools, views), but a 5-star hotel should be nearly perfect. First of all, the housekeeping should be flawless. Grand expanses of glass and mirrors are impressive, but only if they're clean. There was a grease spot on the mirror behind the couch where someone had leaned his head against the mirror: it was there when we arrived and still there when we left three days later. Not one housekeeper had noticed it. Elsewhere, glass and mirrors were smudged and dirty, and the shower was not thoroughly clean. What really galled me was the hotel's policy about bringing in items from outside. Right by the elevator was posted a sign prohibiting in the rooms food and beverages that had been purchased outside the hotel, and saying that packages were subject to inspection. How ridiculous to be paying hundreds of dollars to stay in a top-rated hotel and be forced to sneak around to bring a bottle of wine into the room. We happened to see a wine in the sundry shop that we know to be $18; their price was $58! Policies aimed at coercing guests to buy inflated goods and services do not reflect well on an establishment. Our party ate twice (a total of six meals) in Encore restaurants, and only one dish was better than mediocre. One server had a negative and unhelpful attitude. I asked three times for cream, and it finally came long after my coffee had grown cold. In contrast, we had a spectacular meal at the Paris Eiffel Tower. Our every need was anticipated and met without delay, the food was extraordinary, and the setting was lovely. Next time we vacation in Las Vegas, we'll be staying at the Paris. Was this review helpful?

No free coffee available for room guests. This is the only hotel that we have stayed at that does not have coffee available. No free internet access. Was this review helpful?
